What you're getting

Floorwalk creates a 3D visualisation of your home from the plans you provide, at the level you choose, and gives you access to view it through your client login. You receive viewing access, not the underlying 3D files.

It's a visualisation, not a building document

We build your home at true scale from your plan's dimensions and check it against the plan's room sizes, but it's a guide to help you picture and plan your home. Furniture, finishes, colours and lighting are representative. Always confirm sizes, inclusions and finishes with your builder before making decisions.

Your plans and approvals

• You confirm you're allowed to share the plans and photos you send us.
• We'll ask you to approve two checks: our reading of your plan, and the style brief. Changes after approval may be quoted separately.
• If your plans change, send us the new version and we'll quote the update.

Your login

• Your login is for you and your household. Please don't share your PIN outside it.
• We may pause access after repeated wrong PINs or unusual use, to protect your home.
• Your home stays available for the access period in your quote.

Payment

Prices and payment terms are set out in your quote. Work starts once the quote is accepted.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we're not responsible for decisions made using the visualisation that should have been checked against your builder's documents. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
