What we collect

• Details you give us when you enquire: your name, email, phone number, suburb, builder and message.
• What you send us to build your home: house plans, inspiration photos and any notes.
• When you use your client login: your email, a securely scrambled copy of your PIN (we can't read it), and a record of when your home was opened, from which device type and network, so we can keep your account secure.

How we use it

• To reply to you, quote, and build and update your 3D home.
• To keep your login secure, for example pausing sign-in after repeated wrong PINs.
• We don't sell your details or share them for marketing. We don't use your plans or photos for anything except your own job unless you agree in writing.

Where it's stored

Your details and models are stored on secure cloud services we use to run Floorwalk (Cloudflare), and your plans and working files on our own computers. Your 3D model is encrypted and only opens for your signed-in account.

Your plans

Builder plans may be copyright to your builder or designer. By sending them, you confirm you're allowed to share them with us for the purpose of visualising your own home. We only use them for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years, and job files for as long as you have access to your home plus a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us any time and we'll delete your details and files, unless we must keep a record for tax purposes.

Seeing or correcting your details

Email us at hello@floorwalk.site to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, tell us first and we'll try to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
